I waited for the wl bomb to drop all yesterday and when I didn't get the email I wasn't sure if I should be relieved that I still have a shot or scared that my outright rejection could be on it's way...

Waitlisted yesterday, 177/3.1. I was ED deferred. Not feeling too confident with all these really high numbers but mich is obviously still my top choice

Another ED deferred here. Received that "hold" email, and got waitlisted yesterday too.

I think for some I'd go with the theory that at this point, they know that these people will only attend if they give them a lot of money. Maybe they don't have it left to give or for some reason don't want to.

Went ahead and completed the WL survey by checking that I did not want to be considered any further for admission. After completing this, I immediately received an automated email stating that my response to the survey would be updated on the status checker in 7-10 days. Does anyone know if this is the proper way to withdraw, or if I should follow up with an email to admissions? TIA and good luck everyone!

Received admit package today (I was visiting Georgetown over the weekend). I was not able to access the ASW as of Thursday so this is a bit of a surprise. However, I live in Ann Arbor so the package did not have a long way to go. Does anyone know whether there is generally information on merit awards in the package or if this information comes separately?

If anyone needs info on Ann Arbor, let me know! I have lived here for about 7 years now.

I was able to access the ASW on Friday morning, and also received the package on Friday (45 minutes from AA). I think from reading through the threads the merit aid shows up on the ASW about a week after you're admitted.
