I wouldn't be shocked if the post-apocalyptic snowscape that descended upon NYC over the weekend isn't slowing things up for people even further.

I mean, I have non-law school related stuff that I've been expecting in the mail since the weekend, and nothing has come yet. Considering that over half of the city is still unplowed, I bet the mail is going to be even worse than usual this week.

So.... I've been processing for about 5 weeks now. I submitted 11/21. Apparently the Admissions Office is closed for winter break till January 4, so there'll be no change in my status until at least then.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Same here. It seems that some people that have auto-admit numbers are pushed through the "to be processed" stack a bit faster. I've gathered this from a small handful of acceptances on tls/lsn of people who submitted post 12/1 and have already received their purps. Seems like the rest of us are pretty much stuck in NYU purgatory until 2011.

Purple envelope! It probably arrived a few days ago, but I was only just now able to check my mail at school. Sent, 9/27, Complete 10/20, Decision letter sent 12/23.
