I'm ready for Columbia, Duke, UVA, and a few regional backups.Hildegard15 wrote:Thanks for the positive thinking Benbenwyatt wrote:I'm sure this is both of your writers right nowbarley wrote:I feel so close to getting my LORs that it hurts.
Any luck yet, Hilde??

And still nothing BarleyI'm thinking that having the status change to in progress yesterday was just a cruel joke designed to make me check my email every 3 seconds for the next 15 days. I'm dying. I feel so close. My Stanford, UVA, Duke, Michigan, and Cornell apps are all ready for submission, just need that one damn letter. How many are you gonna submit once the letters go through?

I usually find (non-abusive) trolls really endearing. Is that weird? Like that farmer guy - he seemed so simple and sweet.benwyatt wrote:barley wrote:How cute - I am glad s/he is happy.basedvulpes wrote:Just wanted to humor you guys with this strange comment I found: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 7#p8820207

I am getting crushed by LG, which I thought I had a handle on. Seriously, I am being prevented from mid 170s by having to guess 6-8 questions per preptest, due to time constraints...

I don't think he wants to out himself. Just PM him, if you're that curious.jettison63 wrote:Sorry to hear. Where'd you interview?benwyatt wrote:I don't think the interview I just had went very well.
I'm pretty sure it was a YP move and I don't think they bought my story.

ETA: I also feel like some of the questions were very strange, so feel free to PM me if you want more info.

But, I definitely feel like phone/Skype interviews are hard to read, so it may have actually gone better than you thought it did!

Waiting on one letter of rec, just found out my writer has not followed up on agreed upon dates in the past with a few people I've talked to. Going to start going crazy right now

I feel like I'm so calm and sane compared to most of y'all. Then I realize that being the least crazy of the crazies isn't necessarily something to be proud of.Hildegard15 wrote:It's weird talking to my other coworkers who are applying to law school. I almost feel ashamed. There are three other people applying this cycle, and I am so obviously the psycho. They are nice about it, but it's clear they think I'm a bit bonkers. And then there's me who feels like they are all way too apathetic. I'm glad you all are here with me to let me feel sane.
