whats the lowdown on requests for interviews? i applied in early feb and today i got this email saying they were "impressed" with my app and were requesting an interview. can someone give me some feedback on this? if it went well were you admitted? did you hear nothing for weeks after doing it? and are they going to ask me crazy shit

Interviews are usually a good thing. Be prepared for the usual why law/why wash u type questions. Typically the interviews here are more relaxed and conversational than some other schools.

Seems to be YP of some sort, most who interview end up getting in, if not all.

They seem very casual and easy for everyone, sample questions such as
Why WUSTL?
Have you ever visited/why StL?
Why Law?

Turnaround time is now seeming like 2-3 weeks from interview to decision.

I think consensus is that they are interested in admitting you but they want to make sure you are not a weirdo and at least researched the school/know why you want to do law. Questions are pretty straightforward and it is more of a get to know you than grill you
