So much money at Berkeley (one of the more solid t14s especially if you want to work in Cali!) and you're still gona reapply? Totally your call but I know a lot of people that would kill to be in your shoes haha.

is it reasonably to think there are ANY acceptances left out there?

FWIW, the waitlist letter (I got mine today) says that they are no longer admitting students, and that they are now only offering waitlist spots. Could be generic copy (and this seems slightly at odds with what others have reported from phone convos with the admissions office), but that's what it says. : /

so i got all excited and then
"why on EARTH did you apply here, did you really think youd get in?"
well no but idk it was worth a shot
"we were just waiting for you to withdraw from us before we had to deny your sucka ass"
and then i got into a fist fight with a skydiving polar bear and woke up.

so essentially im going to nyu.

although id pick stanford over nyu...at sticker (eh hem adcomms)
