ah! i was one of the "held" applicants, just got in via admitted students site! status checker said "decision" so i tried to log in and could. i hope this isn't a fluke! michigan was a total reach! so excited!

i can log into the admitted students website, but my status checker just says complete 2/5. I don't know whether to be excited or not. is there anyone else who has a status checker that say complete 2/5 and can access the ASW?

Nope, it's not listed. They sent my offer package on 1/21, so it was about 2 weeks between the acceptance and scholarship letter

Thanks. I just confirmed that I'm in through the mailing and money box at the bottom of the page. It shows that my offer letter was sent yday. If only I had known, I would not have sucked up as much as I did when I visited yday.

Maybe that's why they sent it. It's not unheard of to get offered same day after a visit...

Long time lurker, first time poster. This site has been a wonderful source for me, and I wish I had posted earlier but I was too nervous about my chances throughout the cycle. I am absolutely crazy about Michigan

I have already been waitlisted at a handful of schools that are ranked lower so I was losing hope. I didn't have the best shot at Michigan based on my LSAT scores, but poured my heart into the initial application and two additional essays. I received the "non-hold" email a while back, prepared my LOCI to email yesterday and was planning a trip to Ann Arbor in March. I was just about to send the LOCI when my family called to say that I received the admissions package in the mail. The handwritten note read, "Your writing was so lovely." I'm still in complete shock. I love Michigan and could not be more excited. I wish everyone still waiting to hear back luck, don't lose hope! I very much hope to see some of you there this year!
