Does anyone know the protocol for what they do if you can't answer the phone? I lost my phone and I won't have a new one tomorrow afternoon, so I'd hate to have to wait until then to check to see if I got a VM.

They will probably just leave a voicemail if it's set up on your phone. If you don't have voicemail inbox, they'll send an e-mail.

Mercer called me three or four times too. Each time they left a voicemail.
I think they must get our contact info from the Candidate Referral Service from LSAC.
I felt sorry for the 2L that was making the call. The sound in her voice on the voicemail told me how miserable she was to be making such calls. She was reading directly from a script.
Here's to hoping for a much more enjoyable call from Penn!
