Potential Nor'easter Tuesday. If this disrupts my weekly scheduled auto-refreshing + popcorn eating + work ignoring, I'm going to be #pissed

I'm not sure if you're from/familiar with the northeast but don't trust any weather report that's looking at more that 24-48 hours out (Even that can be iffy). The weather here notoriously changes from day to day. There's still hope!SybillAnnDorsett wrote:Potential Nor'easter Tuesday. Hhahha girl I'm from NYC! So you're totally right. I'm just being damn dramatic - it's really all NYU's fault. But yes, I will just hope and pray that the weather changes as it is wont to do here in the Tri-stateashrice13 wrote:I'm not sure if you're from/familiar with the northeast but don't trust any weather report that's looking at more that 24-48 hours out (Even that can be iffy). HAha...I guess you're familiar then!! Just making sure...so many people just have no idea and then get screwed trying to actually plan anything based on weatherSybillAnnDorsett wrote:Hhahha girl I'm from NYC! So you're totally right. Re: NYU c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
I have no clue what the hold up is. 4 other t14's already gave me the green light, Chicago let me interview (before politely waitlisting me), and NYU has done..... nothingktgjoon wrote:same!? Not having a UR date change yet is okay.
Last year, people who applied even on day 1 were waiting until March for decisions.
If you haven't heard by March 28th, you've got permission to freak out

I've made peace with it. I'll either hear back this month or be waitlisted/rejected. Whatever man. Can't have the Tuesday tyranny any longer

Re: NYU c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Found two acceptances (on April 7th last year) from people who had applied in early November.
So, nevermind - you can't start worrying until after the first week of April.
