Yeah I dont think I am going to get in but at least its something right?
TBH, I would rather just get rejected and go to one of my other schools then sit in this terrible waiting period. It was a long shot in the first place(hoping for PT) but yeah let's get this train rolling.
Should I expect an email/letter? or will I go complete another 3 times before I hear anything

Thanks msblaw89 for your reply.
I guess it is feasible, I will just have to find time during friday/weekend as I have school other days.
Is there a recommended time for sending in the LOCI? I received my deferment email today, and they say they would like to get a better sense of the applicants pool (Deadline: March 1).
Thanks a lot again!

Ugh, still at my first complete (12/13), drafting my LOCI because it seems that may draw some movement...

went complete earlier after sending in a why georgetown. previous completes were 1/12, 1/30... is this a coincidence, or is it a complete?

yeah my opinion on that was really just pure speculation, srry I probably should have mentioned that.... but what I do know is that if the past pattern holds today's updaters all will have to wait until friday around 5pm EST to see if you get an ding email. If you don't get one and then update again monday u'll be able to generate a login for ASW later in the day. No one should be able to today... best of luck to everyone

So when my status checker updated today (after sending in my Why GU), my program time changed from BOTH to Full Time. Any idea of what this means, if anything? Hopefully something good!

From what I've seen, that tends to mean you'll be accepted.

I'm hoping it's good. I was looking back in this thread and I found at least one person who had this happen... BUT they ED'd to Penn and got in, so they never saw the outcome.jcdjgd wrote:Good eye. I'm doing some hardcore thread creeping hoping it sheds some light. I'll post as soon as i knowjcdjgd wrote:Hopefully some accepted people still view this thread and can shed some light on this because at the very least, the change got me a bit excited lol. I mean, why else would they reclassify us as applicants? To reject us? I doubt it, but who the heck knowsavd90 wrote:I'm hoping it's good. My application barely went complete 1/31. Why the hell did I apply? I'm a reject this late in the cycle. Idiot.

Re: Georgetown c/o 2015 Applicants (2011-2012 cycle)
if it makes you feel any better, I'm in the same boat. I applied this cycle because my prelaw advisor told me that it doesn't hurt you to be a re applicant. If anything, you get rejected this cycle and then show your interest again next year.Rawlberto wrote:My application barely went complete 1/31. Why the hell did I apply?
