Just went second review today from 1st review 1/27 as well. So waitlist/rejections are via email and acceptances are through phone calls? Also, any ballpark estimates as to when this batch of 3/5ers will get responses?

Anyone received a merit-based aid decision?

I spoke with someone in admissions recently, and he said they'd be sending out decisions starting this week on a rolling basis, based on when they received your aid application.
