See, mine reset to 1/6. I must have been held and they forgot to e-mail me or something. So freaking confuuuuuuuuuuused.

Yes, that is the day I was held. The fact that you updated with no email is definitely strange. If you're losing sleep over it, you could always call/email admissions.

Well, I called. Apparently the status checker can update to a new UR date without being held. So my application is still pending with no decision or any type of communication whatsoever. Since the beginning of October. FML

11/24 complete as well and just sitting here waiting for the ding email. Why can't they send them all out in a batch. I really don't understand why they need to slowly send them out all day making me wait until 6 or 7 for the inevitable email. ANy 11/24 people not held or rejected yet? Possible to still get a hold email once rejections for a complete date have started?
How hard is it to fill in the Dear _______, As you know this is a very competitive year blah blah blah.

I don't think they will outright ding a 178 LSAT unless the GPA is sub-3.5. You'll end up waitlisted.

~3.59. Yea, I don't expect to get in. I know they take one or two ~3.6/176+ every year and was hoping my graduate work might help but basically I'm just waiting to get rejected with the rest of 11/24 people. Mostly I want to know if they tend to send these emails out all day (thus making my eastern hemisphere self wait awake until 5pm eastern time).

Most likely. From what I've observed, Harvard sends out its batch emails during business hours. Sometimes, the emails go out early in the day; sometimes, they go out late. Although the times do vary, it appears that the emails always go out between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Just got rejected, as expected (<25% on LSAT and GPA). GLARING typo in the email. Man, they really don't care about those they aren't trying to woo...

Not that it makes any big difference, but I thought a 3.63 from Princeton might let me slip onto the WL...I guess the whole "we definitely take grade inflation into account" thing is not so definite.

wondering the same thing - UR since 11/17. Maybe I'm in the "Maybe"-spice pile? Here's hoping. Just glad to still be alive.
