Has anybody else had issue with the NYU financial aid app? every time I try to sign in it gives me an error message about some ID/session number already being associated with another session and I'm confused. it's probably a computer issue on my end but just want to verify.

Yes! I emailed and they said Flash needs to be enabled, so I tried on a different browser and it worked fine.

I actually asked that question about named schollies in general earlier in the thread, and a current student said that was the case last year.

I, too, would love to be worrying about whether I qualified for a named scholarship or when my merit aid is coming.

However, NYU hates me and I'll be waiting centuries before I get even a decision.

But has it sucked "I got into H but some top 30 rejected me and top 20 waitlisted me because of YP and no one is giving me merit aid because Im so rich" much?

"School x offered me 80% tuition for all three years; I emailed to ask that they bump to 100%. They didn't answer - unprofessional. Doesn't seem they want me there"

Desperately crossing all of my fingers and toes for NYU. This not a single borderline school has fallen in my favor this cycle. I need one decent acceptance.

I am here to spread hope. This time last year I was resigned to getting the WL, but by the 30th I was accepted and was still able to get a scholarship. There is still time y'all. Also NYU is great and you should come here.

For what it's worth, I went DLS on 2/21 and got an email that day with an acceptance message. (I live overseas, so I'm guessing they probably didn't want to call my international number.) I had them send my folks (stateside) the snail mail package.

Does NYU send scholly info with the snail mail package? Or do I have to fill out the FAAPS (great name...) before they send that? (I didn't apply for any named scholarships, but I have >75% on both GPA and LSAT.)

I had trouble with this too. If you delete your cookies (or at least those from *.nyu.edu), it should work again. But I have to do this every time I log in.
