...just don't have the cajones to do so yet. YET.
I'm definitely not waiting around on that waitlist through the summer though. And NYC cost of living + low chance of me getting a high scholly from them makes me constantly wonder why I don't withdraw. Peace of mind would be nice...

NYU Law is wonderful. Good luck to all. PM me if you have any questions once you get in. I'll be giving tours on admitted students day for April.

I was in the school's immediate vicinity last night and obviously it's beautiful but the NYU undergrads and the bridge and tunnel crowd on weekends suck. So us sads can take solace in that.

Like guidos from New Jersey who come to the west village to go to the shitty bars in the area.toothbrush wrote:what does this mean? you mean driving in ?francesfarmer wrote:I was in the school's immediate vicinity last night and obviously it's beautiful but the NYU undergrads and the bridge and tunnel crowd on weekends suck. Edit: I'm specifically talking about the shitty bars immediately below Washington Square Park. The rest of the village is pretty chill

Status updated 3/12, I think it's UR2, but I can't be sure. Is there any significance to how many times they've updated your status? I'm not sure how it would matter being UR2 vs. UR3.
Also, what's the consensus on how they inform people of decisions? Is it rejection via e-mail, acceptance via phone then decision letter in the mail?
Also, any sort of pattern for which days they make the acceptance calls? Just curious, I'd like to get the most out of my worrying.
