They have already given out all of their scholarship offers and say they won't be making any more offers until after the April 15th deposit, and then there is only the possibility of offers.

I thought there was still the potential for scholarships for people who had not yet been admitted.

Everyone who has emailed them has gotten the same response saying that all their merit scholarships have been awarded already. I guess it doesn't hurt to email and ask though.

Haha I know.. it's getting confusing. I'm just waiting on an acceptance first though. I'm still at "application complete 1/7"

I'm beginning to think Villanova hates me. I've been complete since 1/8. My numbers are >75% in GPA, and median for LSAT. Is this length of a wait normal or should I expect to be getting waitlisted?

I'm a 1L at Villanova, and I had similar numbers. I was accepted outright, but not until mid-late March. It's not uncommon, so don't get too frustrated.

haha i doubt they were. things can change from year to year. and they can never know for sure, they could very well send out more after april 1. i actually expect that they will.

i think they're coextensive, but depends on a plethora risk-assessment factors.

you will definitely need a laptop at times. you can get by without, but i dont know anyone that doesn't have a laptop. most people use laptops in class, probably about 60%, but it depends.

it doesn't matter if you have pc or mac, everything here is compatible for both. so that comes down to your preference. i personally prefer PC's because they're cheaper.

I'm not sure how much this helps, but when I called the admissions office last week they told me I would have a decision by April 1st. I applied around mid-January so hopefully you earlier applicants will be hearing even sooner.

Took me a long time to get to review but only about a week after being in review to get the admit notice.

Also in review finally, complete since 1/6. I think I've pretty much made my decision up where I'm going anyway but will wait to see what they decide...Villanova alum here, can definitely say the new law building is awesome!
