Yes. Yes. I think snail mail only it was.js87 wrote:CONGRATS to those who have been accepted!!
Just to recap: There have been RD acceptances now? Are today's the first known RD acceptances of the cycle? Lastly, did you hear exclusively via snail mail, or did you receive a phone call or email earlier?
Thanks!

Big big congrats to those accepted!
Ok, so the only people that have heard are in New York? So I (hypothetically) don't have to freak out about not hearing yet? (I'm in Washington- the state, not DC). Damn it. This is stressful.

Now that acceptances have started, I won't be able to eat/sleep/breathe until I hear back.
Being in NYC is my priority next year, and the fordham acceptance just didn't cut it in terms of making me feel safe.
please please please please please please tell me, NYU (especially since Columbia won't let me know for ages)!

Eek. I had rather hoped to hear from CLS before "ages" elapsed. Are they especially slow too?a.shoshana wrote:Now that acceptances have started, I won't be able to eat/sleep/breathe until I hear back.

Not as slow as Stanford or Yale. But you won't hear back from CLS until mid-late January at the earliest.managamy wrote:Eek. I had rather hoped to hear from CLS before "ages" elapsed. Hey guys - IN also! So excited because NYU has been my dream school since I started this process. Just got home and had a giant purpluish bluish envelope waiting for me. I dropped my groceries in shock because I wasn't expecting anything so early.
I live in Manhattan - all mail within the 5 boroughs arrives the next day, so they must have sent yesterday. So everyone else, be patient, for at least a few days...
I'm RD and submitted in late October, stats in profile.
CONGRATS to all the others, and the many soon to come.

I'd take a "complete" e-mail at this point. I submitted early November.

Congrats! When did you go complete? I ask since I'm in the NYC area (southwest CT) and didn't go complete until late October, though I submitted in early Sept.jasonportwood wrote:Hey guys - IN also!
