Just got this e-mail:

Thank you for your continued interest in NYU School of Law. There is a possibility that the Admissions Committee will make a limited number of additional offers in the very near future. If you are still in a position to accept an offer of admission if a seat were to become available, please reply to this email and let us know promptly. If there is a date after which you would no longer be able to accept an offer from NYU Law, please be sure to include that in your reply as well. Whether and when we will be able to make additional offers of admission is uncertain, but we will do our best to reach a final decision on your application as soon as possible.



If you have made firm plans to attend another law school in the fall, we wish you all the best. Please write to us to officially withdraw from waitlist consideration.



Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if you have any questions.

I got this too! Not trying to be presumptuous but does anyone know how the loans situation works at this point? I have loans going to a law school already but would obviously want to go to NYU if I indeed am accepted. Anyone know if we can switch them at this stage??

I asked at penn and they said we can

Yeah, you can usually get out of loans until you move in/start class

Congrats to all those that got the feeler emails aka are about to be accepted! While I toast your good fortune, you also make me face the reality that I'm not getting in, so I withdrew. Please have fun in New York for me! And don't forget uptown! It's a place too! And don't let Brooklyn swallow you whole. It's not THAT cool. And don't become Yankees/Mets fans. Or Giants fans. Or Rangers fans because hockey will always suck. And visit Billy Joel at MSG.

Well this increases the suspense! Crazy that they just updated ours earlier today and now it is unavailable!

Thanks for the congratulations! So excited.

I'm not sure if they're done accepting or not-I've heard of people getting off the waitlist at NYU right up to the start of class so I think there is still hope! At this point I think they might tell you if you call and ask whether they're going to be making any more offers.
