According to Status checker, in with 25k per year!

Seems like everyone went UR and was rendered a decision within a week. Is that about right?

Was everyone under committee review, or only certain people? I feel like some people mentioned they just went normal 'UR'. Have we delineated between those who go under review or under committee review?

So many questions...

I really don't think the type of review matters as much as we think it does. I've been under committee review since 12/12/2013 and have yet to receive a decision. In the meantime, it seems that a number of applicants have been accepted/waitlisted/denied with and without being placed under committee review first.

I completed 1/13, under review 1/16, put on hold 1/17, back under committee review 2/4, and admitted 2/7.

Congrats! I got the same thing but I just got an email about half an hour after I saw the status update with scholarship info--full tuition! so crazy. Definitely puts Wake in the running but its only my second acceptance and I got a good offer from W&M too and I think I like W&M better. Still have a lot of research to do though.

Yea, I have been under review since the week of 1/13... no change to under committee review yet. Its about to drive me up the wall... location wise, at least, Wake is my tip top choice, so I reeeeeally want to hear something

I was admitted last Friday. Is a week too soon to expect to hear scholly info? Also, where would scholly info show-up in status checker?

I received an email regarding scholarship information and it said that I needed to "remain in good academic standing" to receive it. This seemed fairly vague do you guys know what the stipulations are for "good academic standing" in Wake Law?

I looked at some older posts and found that "Good Standing means you need to be academically eligible to continue in the program. You can't fail out or get kicked out for disciplinary reasons. That's it."

just logged into my status checker. noticed that under "mailings" that a letter from Dean Gibbs was sent out today. obviously I'm so anxious to know what it is that I can't wait! has anybody already received this letter via snail mail?

It's probably referring to the email sent out today to admitted students (reasons to attend wake, etc). You all might want to check spam folder for the email but mine went through to the regular inbox

Anyone heading up there this weekend? Or at least attempting to? I'm scheduled for it, but SC doesn't have a great track record with getting roads ready for ice/snow, so we'll see if I can even leave
