I have a c&f issue and i got waitlisted 3 years ago but didn't ride it out. That being said I've had a pretty good cycle so far with great improvements from 3 years ago so I'm hopeful.

Soo... what does it mean if your app has been under review for nearly a week? It seems like people are picking up on some sort of strategic plan BC is doing here...

It doesn't mean anything. My app has been under review for 2 and a half weeks. Many other peoples apps have been under review for much longer.
