I got an email from Loyola today reminding me to file my FAFSA.

I suppose that could be it? The acceptance letter I got said scholarships would be sent in March.

This is an actual letter though- not a FAFSA email. It could be financial aid stuff, but i'm hopeful.

I submitted my FAFSA a few weeks ago and have the financial aid mailing listed in my LUC mailings. Although it says financial aid mailing 1, so maybe it's a reminder to file FAFSA? I'm not going to get my hopes up until I get the envelope.

I visited Loyola yesterday. WHAT A PRETTY CAMPUS! Also anyone interested in Health Law this is the place for you to go. I had a wonderful meeting with the Health Law Director and I can definitely say that they really are reaching, if they are not already, to be the national leader in Health Law.

SLU is currently #1 in Health I believe. But agreed, really awesome facilities at LUC.

I know the ranking, but I am just saying from my meeting yesterday, Loyola is really great in health law.

Admitted among the first wave of admits, 1/23.

Recently disappointing people are getting scholarship offers, and I have nothing under mailings. I have some $$ at DePaul and I'm still waiting on Chicago-Kent.

LUC is my top choice right now, so I'm wondering if they'll negotiate scholarships since I have $$ at DePaul and hopefully some $ at Chicago-Kent.

I would wait to see if that mailing shows up on your status checker. It never hurts to try and negotiate with them!

Ahhh! lol, I am hoping they just don't put it in my mailings yet it is in the mail!

Oh yeah, I'm not going to negotiate now. I don't even have an acceptance from Kent yet. I'll probably look to negotiate in March.
