Hey, could you pm me your stats? I applied to Emory on Jan 4 and haven't heard anything. I'm wondering if it's because they're doing a round of acceptances before wait listings/rejections.

Have you seen the Emory-staff thread? He seems to think it's no big deal. They're just working through them slowly. I didn't get my complete email until last week. I applied around the same time as you.

In at Columbia via snail mail (i live in Atlanta). Went complete in early January.

Complete at BC today as well. Just checked the status checker. Down to just Harvard, Chicago, Cornell and the applications I sent out late (Stanford and Penn) where I'm waiting for completion.

Under review at Harvard by status checker a few days ago.
Just got complete email from Stanford like 3 hours ago. (Had requested Form B from my Dean's office 1/5 or so).

Applied to Stanford and NYU today. I'm such a slacker.

I'm half expecting an email from Stanford that just says "LoL," but I had to give it a shot.

Depending on how my cycle is going in a week and a half or so, I will probably also be submitting to GW and Penn right before their deadlines. Damn me for quitting my job where I was making good money to be a teacher living around the poverty line. haha

definitely no email. I actually haven't looked at the status checker in awhile. I was not expecting to hear from Columbia anytime soon. It was a very nice surprise to see the packet in the mailbox. They do a nice job.

September cancel, and december re-taker here.

Submitted all apps around the 29th-31st of December.

Went complete at Columbia around January 7th? around there, and in via snail mail (letter dated 1/22). Also, they do not update your application status on the status checker, mine still says complete.

Also, went complete at Berkeley around the same time as Columbia and am in via email 1/25. They do update your status on the status checker.

UCLA had a really fast turnaround -- went complete on 1/22, and got my call from Dean Robert today (75k scholarship).

In at NYU, letter was dated Jan 20th. Applied on the 4th.

How is everybody getting responses so quickly?

Had all my apps in by the 1st, got one response from Hofstra about 3 days later.

Other than that just a bunch of "complete emails".

What does this mean??

Wouldn't read into it too much. All but two of my apps were in on Dec. 2 (pending the Dec. LSAT) and I've only heard from 2 schools. Frankly, I was surprised to hear from even that many -- I'd tried to convince myself I wouldn't hear anything until March.

I am complete, not pending completion. Just happened a few days ago.

I would have been a bit concerned, but I got my complete a few hours later!
