Sorry to veer off topic but is anyone else sharing my emotions of "wtf is going on?" for not having heard back from schools that should've looo000ooong since autorejected me?? Applied near Halloweenish and haven't heard a peep from these schools but they've sent out a couple of waves of rejections already.

I was counting on WLs from a lot of places, but instead I have heard nothing from 5/8 apps. I know some schools don't waitlist until later, but I thought some would just get it out of the way.Thomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:Sorry to veer off topic but is anyone else sharing my emotions of "wtf is going on?" for not having heard back from schools that should've looo000ooong since autorejected me?? I know that some schools don't reject until later in the cycle. NYU, for example, doesn't ding until February IIRCThomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:Sorry to veer off topic but is anyone else sharing my emotions of "wtf is going on?" for not having heard back from schools that should've looo000ooong since autorejected me?? Am I right in assuming withdrawing apps is done by email only?

I know some schools have a section where you can withdraw your app on their admitted students portal.brinicolec wrote:Am I right in assuming withdrawing apps is done by email only?

Doesn't ice cream suppose some amount of cake? With ice cream layers too obviously.NotAGolfer wrote:But...ice cream cakeasuddenarborealstop wrote:I think we can ignore the crust. A cheesecake has neither flour nor leavening. Surely having at least one of those is necessary (though not sufficient) for a cake.
I think it's certain that a cake doesn't require all or even a majority of it to be baked leveaned bread, just some amount

You apply ASAP. You'd probably be considered "late" but there's been a lot of talk of a counter-cycle this year so it might not work against you.quigleyest wrote:173/3.65 looking to go to t6. Waiting on transcript to arrive to LSAC through snail mail

Guys, have you all forgotten that standard Newtonian cake/pie dynamics are useless? Imagine Schrodinger puts a cheesecake in the oven - it is both a cake and pie, and neither.
You think if I send the adcomm at HLS a cheesecake they'll get off TLS and start sending decisions?

I don't know what you're talking about, I'm spending all my time defining cheese cakes and other filled crusted deserts because this is my true passion but I could never find employment in it.Thomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:Sorry to veer off topic but is anyone else sharing my emotions of "wtf is going on?" for not having heard back from schools that should've looo000ooong since autorejected me?? It definitely has nothing to do with the creeping existential dread at having heard from two whole schools in four minths
