Just wanted to drop in to say it's been 203 days since I sent my application to NYU. It's my first choice and I thought I had competitive numbers.

Jesus christ so still no movement today? Lots decisions HAVE to be coming out this week right??

I have been UR1 since early December, and it seems that a sizable amount of other people are also still UR from 2013. Deposit deadlines are so close, plus I want to make a one year deferral request to whichever school I will be attending. But I can't make my move with regard to the others schools I got in because NYU is taking so fucking long....

I can only hope. Based on LSN data from last year's cycle, most decisions came out 4/11 or 4/12 and then a few at the end of April. I cannot imagine that they would wait to make decisions on applications until late April, but they say they do. Has anyone had a contact with the admission's office recently?

The admissions office said all pending decisions will be rendered by the end of April and that is all they would.

Does that suggest everyone who is still standing has, at the very least, a slight chance? I can't imagine they are holding onto applications from Nov/Dec/Jan to just ding them? (Perhaps this is just my wishful thinking though.)
