There isn't a grade I hate most in this life than a B+. Oddly enough I love A-s because it shows you're smart enough yet not perfect.

Yeah, I rarely got outright As, but lots of A-s. My GPA would be lots higher if my school didn't have +s or -s. Of course, it would have been higher if I hadn't taken multivariable calc, or if I had gone to my Art History class, or.....

I can't speak to the availability of vegan food, but as to reasonable (and good) coffee, St. Louis has it. Kaldi's is a local phenomenon, and their roasts are fantastic. We have a lot of independent roasters here that make small batches of fresh coffee. So, in summary, St. Louis brewers and coffee roasters are excellent. Also, there are many ethnic food joints, and everything from good pizza to fancy dining.

True. B/B+ is "I showed up for the most part and did my work." A's require a hell of a lot more.
