Yes...I am waiting for all those AJDers who aren't fully committed to NWL to leave, so I can get off the AJD waitlist. Argh.

Held on 1/29 and my online status hasn't changed since then (still says letter available in 24h).. Every day that passes by I just get more paranoid about it. Is anyone else also held and hasn't seen any movement on their status since then?
Randomly heard a song on the radio the other day that goes... 'I have died every night waiting for you' <----- exactly how I feel about NU right now..

Unless you are a sports journalist, in which case Nebraska is the only true "NU" and Northwestern is de facto "NW."snapdragon25 wrote:Worth repeating

In via email today! 170/3.56, no exceptional softs, a year of non-substantive (retail + administrative) work experience. Submitted on 1/24, so I'm really impressed with the quick turnaround. Hang in there waiters, I hope you all get in!

I have basically the same numbers you do, but applied two weeks after you. Fingers crossed for something soon, NU has been my first choice since before my LSAT.Merylian wrote:In via email today! 170/3.56, no exceptional softs, a year of non-substantive (retail + administrative) work experience. Expect ED-->RD decisions in May? The 12/19 group are those that applied ED and were held over to RD. Would they really make us wait until May?!snapdragon25 wrote:

Submitted a late app since they extended the deadline. If the thread wasn't 100+ pages, I'd read through it, so I'll just ask here: What's NU's review process like? Is it complete---> under review? Or do you just stay at complete like some of the other schools? Thanks all!

That is, like, the best news ever. Did you interview? I missed the deadline to sign up for one because I promised myself I was going to put off focusing on apps until I took the LSAT, whiiiiich was the same day as the interview deadline. Best laid plans and all that...fallingup wrote:I had those exact numbers and got in too. You stay at complete, then go to "decision available in 24 hours", then this happens:jdadmiss wrote:Submitted a late app since they extended the deadline. Most (?) people have no complete date updates before reaching a decision, so it's hard to predict how long you'll have to wait. Good luck!

Happened to me last year. Words cannot fully describe just how much it sucked

Hate to be "that guy" because I'm sure rinkrat alone had already answered this a million times but where are the supplemental scholarship essay prompts at? I didn't see it on that link, is it something they email admits? I would love to write mine this weekend if at all possible but wasn't sure if we are all waiting on it.fallingup wrote:You apply after you get accepted by filling out need-based aid forms and scholarship forms.
