Could someone who's been under review at Michigan tell me whether your status checker changes from complete to under review, or does it stay complete until a decision has been returned? maybe its me, but I feel like this is a little ambiguous on the status checker page... thanks!

It just stays at complete until you get a decision. It is incredibly ambiguous. As if there isn't enough uncertainty involved in this whole process...
