Potentially a product of my own oversight but:

Have any of you been able to access the financial aid application? Everything says it will be available in February, but I haven't been able to gain access yet.

For people who had interviews: did you send a thank you or follow-up email of any kind?

Ah right, i do remember seeing that, but couldn't remember what the more reasonable answer was. that might be an easier thing to search to find what i'm looking for though. thanks!

I sent them a video essay of me in the pool. They...they weren't receptive.

Gorilla! I was wondering how yours went too! Mine went okay/good - it didn't feel like my best interview and I'm hoping I'm just reading into it too much. How did yours go?

Consensus seems to be that it probably doesn't help at all, but it's hard to see how it could hurt.

I did not.

Ok, cool. Having worked in recruiting, a part of me feels strange not doing that, but it also didn't seem like it made sense in this context unless I had an update or something like that, so I wanted to check. Thanks!

It's been 5 weeks since my interview and I've been overthinking it to death in the interim. Cannot decide whether it went well or Nefyn is just so sweet that he makes everyone feel like they did well :?:

Wait so I literally just finished listening to the entire Legally Blonde album to up my confidence before my JS1 haha  So funny, I actually find Legally Blonde to be super inspiring.

When I'm lonely and feeling dejected...

Seriously, screw Dewey. That guy sucks. Who takes someone's dog?!?

Dear all of you please be my friends. I thought I was the only thespian to use it as my pump-up jam.

Oh and by "had my JS1" I mean I showed up with all my friends from undergrad and we performed a show in Austin Hall until I was admitted on the spot.

Them, my school's marching band, and one not-quite-PC "Jamaicin' Me Crazy" rapper.

"That's highly improbable. I've never seen anyone jump like that in my 3 years teaching the LSAT." -my LSAT instructor gf the first time I made her listen to Legally Blonde

Also, I was always under the impression Warner dumped her at the beginning of the school year and she was still studying during spring break...taking the mythical April LSAT and somehow getting H to consider that for fall. Because it's a musical a that's how things work. Otherwise she's studying and stalking Warner for 1.5+ years before starting law school...although yours is a much more realistic timeline.

Hahah maybe majoring in fashion merchandising involves more critical thinking skills than we all think? I'd actually never thought about the timeline, but you're right.. if she was studying during spring break, she had to have taken either the june or the september lsat, so there's like a year of time unaccounted for.... or she just made her own timeline because love conquers all
Hahahaha I was just ranting about this to someone the other day. I'm going with the "love conquers all" theory!

Totally! I would never underestimate someone based on their college major, but she did start at a 134, which is only marginally better than randomly guessing through the entire test. But the magic of LOVE can teach anyone the LSAT, right? Maybe I should've used that study system.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
