When I sent a "let me know if you need anything" my recommender said "thanks for the reminder" so I must have been pretty transparent lol
Yeah it's totally transparent, but also polite. Mine actually DID ask for more materials though, so I guess it's good that I offered them.

But she's been super responsive/in touch this morning since I emailed her, and I have a feeling she's gonna submit before the end of the day (though she didn't say as much).

Is this the only one you're waiting on?

I still need my employer LOR too - not sure if I should bug him about it today since I know he's pretty busy, or wait til next week. :?

I am rooting for both of you to get your LORs ASAP, even though that'll just leave me and Abyss hanging out in the support group
Thanks. We'll be cheering as you press submit in October!

Leaving work soon, yay!

Here's a question:
Should I ask my boss about my LOR status, and if so, how should I phrase it? I only sent him my materials on Monday, since that's when he got back from vacation and I asked him to write it only a few days before he left.

Nah, I'd give him the weekend.

Ugh I know that's the right answer, but it's not the one I wanted to hear. :(

ETA: I'm so sly! When I left I asked him what his weekend plans were, and when he asked me the same question, I said WORK ON/TRY TO SUBMIT APPS.

I left work at 1:30, had lunch with friends, and went to my favorite cafe for a few hours. :)

Now I'm home and contemplating either napping or going for a run. It's nice out, so I'm leaning toward the run.

I've been unofficially tutoring a coworker of mine on logic games for the LSAT. It's fun! I didn't realize how much I'd missed it until we met up for the first time. I like it even more since I'm only helping her on my favorite section. Nobody in the world should ever ask me for help on reading comp though.
Ben, Oof that sounds like so much work.

Hilde - Logic games are SO fun, I'm glad you think so too.

PSA: Everyone should stop checking their phones/emails/status checkers until Hilde, Based, and I have applied. It's only good manners.
