Mr. Rubenstein, one way to get more people to the second program is to send out more JR1s and accept some of us desperate folks here. :D

There's a "D" for deffered...didn't know HLS gave out deffered admissions? or is the idea that he/she is attending and choosing to defer?

Possibly a held applicant? I know some people were using "deferred" for both CLS and HLS to denote holds.
