So now that it is the close of business is it safe to say that the carnage has ceased? For the last hour I have just been writhing in agony as I could see the guillotine inching closer and closer. But now, can I stop living in fear for the time being? Might an e-mail still come?

I was just going from what I saw on lsn, what am I missing?
At least two 175+ have been rejected so far. The fact that they aren't on LSN is meaningless.

I was just explaining why I was under that impression; not attributing any special meaning to lsn.

Got it. Sorry if I came across as combative. Just telling you that HLS has, in fact, rejected at least two 175+ applicants.

Yea, as more and more time passes without a JR1 and as the rejection emails get closer and closer to my completion date I just can't help but grasp at straws.

Is it generally better to send in an updated transcript even if my gpa fell if I was held?

Also, can we send in a updated LOR from the same recommender? Thanks guys.

Are these ding/held/JR1 emails still coming? I'm a URM and submitted at the end of the first week in November and haven't heard anything yet...

Got the rejection email earlier today. Applied 10/26, UR 11/02, Complete 11/19. LSAT 172, GPA below 25th percentile. Saw that one coming a mile away.

I received a hold e-mail this morning (non-URM 169/3.99)...a pleasant surprise for sure! But now I'm going to work to get into the good graces of the adcom. Does anyone have any idea how favorably a LOR would look if it's from a different supervisor at the same office where my previous recommender works?

I tried to login to my status checker and got this message:

Am I rejected? I was hoping to retake the Feb LSAT to get in off the waitlist. But now....

I don't think that that means that you're rejected. I am rejected and when I try to login to the status checker, (a) it works, and (b) it says Decision Rendered 1/15/2010.

Hey, I went Under Review on 10/8 and have heard absolutely nothing back since the email saying that I was complete. Is anyone else in this situation as well/know what this means? My numbers are pretty far below their averages (167/3.62) so I am curious why I wasnt outright rejected...

Story of my life, dude. Story of my life. Went complete 10/8 and haven't heard jack shit since. My UR date did reset to the beginning of January, so my guess is that I'm on hold. I don't know why I didn't get an e-mail telling me I was though.
