remy's diss was weak; all of it was debunked and she hyped it so much it was destined to flop.
she's on the come up still and before going away for 7 years, had one track - Conceited. and albeit my 7th grade anthem, it doesn't change the fact that Nicki > Remy Flop Ma.

it was 7 minutes of pettiness & conjecture! she lied on nicki and ebro/wayne (probably not drake, though), did the boring "booty shots" bit, and kept calling herself a boss. boss? where?! this all felt like when Nic tried to diss Lil Kim, it just didn't work because Lil Kim is an icon. similarly, nicki outranks remy right now. point blank.

311. You have to request to join though so this isn't the number of admits unless everyone requested. For reference though, the total number who joined the Facebook group for the past few years are below.

Class of 2019 - 682
Class of 2018 - 793
Class of 2017 - 807

I sincerely do not want to dash anybody's hopes because there's definitely plenty of time remaining.

But these numbers aren't very good indicators of the total number of admits because they include plenty of people not from a given year.

Once you get to HLS, people from other classes join the group en masse to advertise events to the 1Ls. Then, as a class goes through HLS, people in the years behind it start joining to advertise to the 2Ls and 3Ls. And many LLMs join the 3L class group to get info about graduation. So the groups keep getting bigger as they go along. (Until graduation, when people start leaving the groups.)

Again, plenty of time left! But I didn't want anybody fixating on these numbers.

Had my JS1 this afternoon with Anne Taylor and it was utterly delightful! She instantly put my anxiety at ease. At the end she said I would hear back before April 1 but "not too soon before then," if that informs anyone in the waiting-for-a-JS2-boat that I just boarded.

Nope, status checker stays the same until decision.
