UR2 1/28,

General consensus seems to be 1-2 weeks between UR2 and decision. I'm at 2 weeks today... So... here's hoping?

Are decisions typically the end of the week - ie Thurs/Fri?

Today marks one week since my UR2 so it's the final countdown... ish...

Can someone correct me if I am wrong? UR1 and UR2 are not differentiated textually, only by the date -- yes or no?

I *think* I went under review 1 a few days ago, and now I see a "Under committee review" dated today. Would that constitute my second UR? The thing is I didn't write down whether I did go under review previously -- there could be a possibility I am confusing my statuses at different schools.

Yes, it's only a date change. And if the sequence of events as you described above is accurate, then your UCR dated today is your UR2.

Thank you Benedict (oh how much more exciting the app process would be if he could be the bearer of news, both bad and good...)

If my UR dates are accurate, then that seems to a pretty quick UR1 to UR2 turnaround. Does that mean they're throwing my app out with the bathwater? Haha. >75 LSAT, and a little less than 75 GPA.

Wait, but is this always true of the text? Is UR1 just "under review" while UR2 is "under committee review." Unless I missed something on my status checker, I thought my 1st UR date was "under committee review."

This is me too. I would guess that lejabberwocky is at UR1, especially since Penn is taking weeks and months to get November/December submits to UR2

Looking back on this thread, I am pretty certain I went UR1 on the 7th, since I recall referencing TLS to see if others also had Feb 7 UR1 dates: I remember seeing the Feb 7 posts.

In any case, it may all be speculation on my part right now (derp) but I'll update if I get more definitive movement...

THANKS! I would love to say I made it, but a closer approximation of the truth would be that I thought that the avatar would be a good idea, waited a few weeks for it to surface on the interwebs, and then appropriated it for my own use. 8)

The fact that we survived this weekend without a bloodbath makes me very concerned...have they pulled one midweek before?
