ETA: FWIW, UMich also posts their NALP data on their site and I thought it was helpful to compare NU's and UMich's for those of us beginning to wonder away from the Force.

NU - http://www.law.northwestern.edu/career/statistics/
UMich - http://www.law.umich.edu/careers/classs ... stats.aspx
*Spoiler* The differences between the two were negligible imo. (NU is still #1 in my heart.)

Man, it's tempting... I've always wanted to go somewhere with a huge football culture... I also got a car for Christmas (gift for school) and I'm not so sure if it's a good idea to have those in Chicago... This will be tough... (that's if I get in... please let me in, N.W.U....).JDizzle2015 wrote:Come to the dark (Blue) side, JustE.JustE wrote:Yep... I haven't looked at them closely, but weren't there some concerns with Michigan's data? Like they framed it to camoflage some weird holes in the salary stats or something?JDizzle2015 wrote:Come to the dark (Blue) side, JustE.JustE wrote:Yep... As bdubs pointed out, Michigan has a 53% reporting rate this year, compared to NU's 88%. So...I guess it's NLJ 250 or bust at UMich.rinkrat19 wrote:I haven't looked at them closely, but weren't there some concerns with Michigan's data? Oh man... yea I guess last year was pretty rough at Mich. Only 211/374 reported salaries. Thanks for pointing that out.Samara wrote:As bdubs pointed out, Michigan has a 53% reporting rate this year, compared to NU's 88%. So...I guess it's NLJ 250 or bust at UMich.

Yeah... A bit concerning... It's just nice to be wanted... Being held puts a bad taste in your mouth... It was certainly expected, but slightly disapointing all the same.

Oops, probably! I wasn't sure if all ED applicants had received some sort of decision yet. This is the exact text of the tweet:emkay625 wrote:....aren't we all rd now? i'm confuzzled....46nyc wrote:And the tweet by the admissions office that it's RD decisions, not ED
Yep... still confusingFor clarification, today's decisions are for the regular JD (non Early Decision) Program.
