Try UR1 12/13/2013.
2013 club is where it's at. Someone must have our apps hanging on their wall, admiring them until they're forced to move along and accept us.
12/28 UR1
2013 club as well! 12/9 UR1. I have seat deposit deadlines as early as 4/1! I am now assuming I am not going to be accepted at NYU, but it would be nice if they would let me know that, considering I paid them money and all

Most of you have been waiting at least 60 days less than me.
Just sayin.

Alex, are you 12/2/13 with me?
I just want to get my rejection already so my parents will stop asking "What about NYU?! You could still get in there!" every time I try to tell them I've already picked a school

I have the opposite problem. My parents don't get why I would still wait around when I am into a top school that they *cough* are strong supporters of.

December. Ah, I still have memories of December. Christmas, family, fires...and I had already been waiting 2 months like alex.

1/20 here - what is taking so long? Did you all apply for any of the special scholarships? I applied for ILLJ. I am wondering if that is why we have yet to hear. Thought?

Pretty sure that's not why. I have a friend who applied around when I did and that person was accepted/ already a finalist for scholarships. I think NYU is probably just ambivalent about those of us above a median/ still waiting.

I know of at least one that just had UR1 and UR2, no UR3 before the decision.

First post y'all. Some of you are going to hate me I think, but I'm too excited not to share!
Admitted this morning (3/25) via DLS and ASW!!
Applied late Feb, complete early March.
LSAT > 75, GPA > 75.

Applied 2/24 without an LSAT score (took Feb 2014), complete 3/6, UR1 3/7, UR2 3/10.
LSAT > 75, GPA > 75. I'm probably a bit of an atypical case...
Congrats! I certainly don't hate you. I hate my status checker for laughing at me whilst others dance in the meadow! But at least there is movement.
(hoping good things in the works for alex, Napoleon, & SteelP)

Thanks! I'm sending all excess positive feeling to the waiters in the thread.

There have been a few, fortunately including mine, that were processed very quickly and went straight from "Under Review" (UR1) to decision without any date changes. I'm not sure I know of any long-waiters whose have foregone the intermediate steps, but you definitely don't need to go through several UR states. Hopefully this applies to you and you hear back soon!

Towards the beginning of the cycle, most people heard back without UR2 or UR3.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
