Is BU giving you $$. If not, it seems like an easy decision, unless you want to work in Boston.
Yeah BU is giving 105K. Trying to wait on this USC scholly. If the numbers aren't there than I may have to turn it down.

i'll predict you don't get 105,000 from USC. I think very few people get more than 90K

USC is worth more than BU. I think 75k would make it worth it, even 60k unless you want to Boston.
This is not only based off of the rankings, but of general reputation in the regions. BU is arguably the 3rd best in terms of employment in its city while USC is either 1st or a close 2nd in a larger (albeit drained) market.

I had a dream that USC rang my phone for a video interview and I only realized at the last second it was video and I needed to put clothes on. Then I "woke up" and had an extremely similar dream, again.
Sorry to bump the thread with my inane bullshit, but bleh.

Does anyone know if USC offers travel reimbursement for their ASD next weekend? Can't find anything about it on the website and want to make sure I'm not missing anything...

If you're in LA, it'll come tomorrow. They might not have printed them until today (DF 4/1 letters were dated 4/4) or they might have been sitting at the mail processing center at 'SC today, in mail tonight, to you tomorrow.

Yeah. And FWIW I was IR during the afternoon and checked back at like 8 at night (cali time) and it was DF. I just haven't seen anyone change to a new IR date lately, they've all been DF I think.

im guessing if not tonight, then tomorrow the new IR dates will go DF. It doesnt make sense to update IR dates and then wait a week or two to let them go DF this late in the game

Count me in on this IR 4/7 group. I went IR orginally on 3/2 and this is my first update since then. 3.5/170. What are the stats for the rest of you 4/7's?
