The only things I want to ask is why they don't offer in state tuition and why they have so many chats.

If i get one more email saying that they want to chat with me, when I really just want a decision, I'm going to throw myself off the roof. I would be glad to chat with them after they give me a decision. Patience.... ahhhh

you also need to report your parents financial stuff on your fafsa, as well as fill out an extra form, to get any need based aid from PSU, even if your parents arent helping you out at all.

Re: Penn State 2010 application cycle
Waitlisted.
"The Admissions Committee of Penn State University Dickinson School of Law has reviewed your application and decided at this time to offer you a spot on our waitlist. This has been a particularly competitive year as application volumes are up significantly. Still your application exhibits many strengths and we hope to eventually be able to offer you a spot in our incoming class. It is early in the application cycle and we anticipate being able to make offers from our waitlist later in the spring.
We anticipate that we?ll begin reviewing the files of waitlisted candidates again in late March, and will send you an update on the status of your application when that additional review occurs. If applicable, be sure to update your transcript with the Law School Admission Council to include your fall semester?s grades. Any other updates to your application should be submitted via email to admissions@law.psu.edu .
Although you may not have a final decision from us regarding your admission status, you should still complete the required financial aid forms. The priority deadline for submission of financial aid applications is March 1, regardless of admissions status. You can find links to the required forms and instructions on how to apply at --LinkRemoved--.
We think you are a strong candidate and appreciate your interest in our law school. You should consider this wait lsit offer as a positive step in the admissions process."
weird, I thought I had a great shot. 159/3.32 a legacy student, and a great PS

anybody else surprised they rejected their 75% lsat? They must have some great applicants, but I'm guessing they are the backup school of a lot of them because of the economy/increase in apps sent.

Re: Penn State 2010 application cycle
I'm guessing you guys will have a decent chance to get off the WL with LSAT at the 75th. I sent them a withdrawal email last week, hopefully they actually got it so they can give my spot to one of you guys.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
