I can't believe so many of you ED'ed to this degree mill that's desperately holding onto its last vestiges of prestige and destined to drop out of the T14.

I chuckled @ "degree mill," but you really need to work on your trolling.hopefulundergrad wrote:I can't believe so many of you ED'ed to this degree mill that's desperately holding onto its last vestiges of prestige and destined to drop out of the T14.
I give it a 2/10 (no URM bonus in this case, I'm afraid).

Re: Columbia 2010
so what has been the ED pattern for Columbia- acceptances first, then rejections? When do they start sending out decisions?

Re: Columbia 2010
The typical pattern has been decisions sent by e-mail in the first couple weeks of December and rejections/WL's coming by snail mail, usually arriving by the third week of December.SanBun wrote:so what has been the ED pattern for Columbia- acceptances first, then rejections? Re: Columbia 2010

I've been complete for a while now, there's nothing on mine that indicates ED.talibkweli wrote:ladies and gentlemen.....those of you folks that went complete earlier today, did you see anything on mycolumbia that suggests that you're an ED applicant? i applied ed, but there is no indication that they've got my signed contract.

I recall on mine, that before I went complete, it said if you checked the ED box, they would not mark your app as complete until they had received that contract.Helmholtz wrote:I've been complete for a while now, there's nothing on mine that indicates ED.talibkweli wrote:ladies and gentlemen.....those of you folks that went complete earlier today, did you see anything on mycolumbia that suggests that you're an ED applicant? i applied ed, but there is no indication that they've got my signed contract.

same here. If you checked ED on your app, you are not considered complete until they receive the contract. If you're complete and checked ED, you're ED complete.Helmholtz wrote:I've been complete for a while now, there's nothing on mine that indicates ED.talibkweli wrote:ladies and gentlemen.....those of you folks that went complete earlier today, did you see anything on mycolumbia that suggests that you're an ED applicant? i applied ed, but there is no indication that they've got my signed contract.

excellent, thanks guys. I was afraid they'd simply changed me to RD given that I've gone complete two weeks after the deadline.SanBun wrote:same here. I'm expecting acceptances to start rolling in any day now. Rejections/deferrals in a couple weeks.
