So, possible decision pending for EDs this week. That's what I'm thinking.

I submitted my app to Chicago early November and hadn't received a single confirmation email

so I emailed admissions, and they told me they sent me confirmation emails weeks ago... I looked entirely through my email inbox/spam... and nothing... I even made sure they had my correct email address

Now I can't even really find out what the status of my application is since they never sent me my password

hm, I guess I could harangue them again... but perhaps its fate / gmail telling me not to bother with the school

anyone else have this happen?

Called to see if ED would be this week and the lady I spoke with said by the end of the month. It's great how seasoned all this ppl in adcomm offices are and how effortlessly they are able to avoid giving direct answers.

Explicit promises only lead to more entitlement and limit their flexibility. I would do the same thing in their position. In fact, I'd probably tell you to FO and wait like everyone else.
