Oh shit, my bad! I haven't been tracking Cornell super closely, that's interesting. Maybe it was a small wave, because I totally overlooked it? Thanks for letting me knowKeilz wrote:I'm RD and I got in almost a month ago, randomly....loltaxman14 wrote:That was only ED, I'm referring to the normal RDKeilz wrote:people have been accepted alreadytaxman14 wrote:Just checked - last year the first acceptance was 12/10 and the year before that it was 12/9. Applied Sept. 9, went complete for sure some time after 10/20 (New LSAT). Sorry I cannot narrow it down more closely.

I have a date change today on my status checker, but it doesn't say anything about an interview and I have no email. Submitted and complete in Sept.

Got an interview request today! Does anyone know if they interview everyone who is ultimately admitted (i.e. if its required for admission), or is this just sent to some people. Also, is this a good sign?

AFAIK, being interviewed is a necessary precursor for being admitted. So yes, it's a good sign!ohgosh wrote:Got an interview request today! Also got the interview request. Scared to deal with the automated format!

Re: Cornell c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Did you interview? I was at median GPA and above 75% LSAT and wasn't YP. I also prepared a TON for the interview though (by ton, I mean like the evening before and then from around 9-4PM the day I did it)bloomsday wrote:Does Cornell YP? I was under the impression they don't, but I was placed in reserve with an lsat above their 75th and gpa above median. It's just odd since I was accepted last cycle with a late app and slightly worse gpa. I chalked it up to my interview, which admittedly was poor. And I also don't think anything is wrong with my app itself since I've gotten into some other t14s so far this cycle.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
