The attorney I asked at work already touched on my public interest desires in the rec he wrote. And it's my third one. So I am good????

Maybe ask him to alter the phrasing to say "consider her for the scholarship" as opposed to "consider her for admission" or whatever and make sure yoj submit only that version for RTK, plus the two others for admission?

If the content isn't right from the supervisor, then maybe the attorney is the better route. With the attorney you can always offer to sit down or have a call to discuss your interest in law, etc.

That's a good idea, thanks! I was actually talking to him about my interest in PI the other day and he was just so happy about my "courage" and "sacrifice" and so many other nice things, so I feel like he'll be happy to do it. Yay, decision made!
