Feels like a small wave - even on LSN - do emails go out over the day?

It's still around noon in Cali and the 9am tweet said (not stalking) "more offers later on today via email". There's still hope that we may get cool Christmas gifts from Boalt.accessislife wrote:Feels like a small wave - even on LSN - do emails go out over the day?

Quick question -- is it a good or bad sign if they push your application to "under review" the day after it goes complete? It seems unlike what the "What To Expect When You're Expecting" thread says is the norm. I'm not sure this means anything, but if anyone has any insight, do tell.
Congrats to all the admits!

Same here. I guess Berkeley has a separate review process for people with foreign degrees and international applicants.jawsjawsjaws wrote:Been under review for 2 months now ughhhh

B is a weird black box. Sorry to those that are stuck in UR purgatory :/ I feel the same frustration towards UVA now that I'm nearly 3 months complete with no word.illegally_blonde wrote:Well then, I guess they're justjawsjawsjaws wrote:But my UG was in the states lolillegally_blonde wrote:Same here. On the one hand I'm excited for more movement in 2015...at the same time I know that means WLs/rejections lie ahead as well :/
Here's hoping the good news outweighs the bad!

i asked a similar question in the UCLA thread, but does anyone know how much of the class needs to be CA residents? I'm OOS and thinking of applying to one of USC, UCLA, or Berkeley

outside of GPA, the UC's care a lot about diversity. Just look at at the stats: 58% of Boalt matriculants are female.
As a private school, 'SC only cares about numbers.

what? is this a flame? AA is illegal in CA; aren't there like 5 African American students in each Boalt class? unless you mean a really cribbed version of "diversity?"
