Just got a nice big box from the school with a car sticker, a FSU Law tee, and a whole pile of magazines and pamphlets. One of the best things I have gotten from a school yet.

Whattttt. I didn't get any of that except for the pamphlets and magazines and that was at ASD. We got a mini umbrella and a lapel pin there as well. Would rather have the shirt and sticker haha.klondike5 wrote:Just got a nice big box from the school with a car sticker, a FSU Law tee, and a whole pile of magazines and pamphlets. Good luck to everyone that went under review today.

For those who have gotten decisions in the last month or so, how long did it take you to hear after going under review?

My dad just texted me and said I got the same package
they sent it there instead of my current address where they've been sending everything else

About 3 weeks. That was earlier in the cycle though. I want to say I heard that they would have all decisions by June 1 but I'm not positive.phaynes1 wrote:For those who have gotten decisions in the last month or so, how long did it take you to hear after going under review?

I am in Florida and my mail usually comes pretty early so I may have just been one the first to get it and its on the way for everybody else. The shirt is actually pretty nice.Zoolaf wrote:Whattttt. Was that package you got the decision packet or just a package they've randomly sent after you've deposited?

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's the same shirt they sell at the law school, not just some freebie. I know I've seen it before.klondike5 wrote:I am in Florida and my mail usually comes pretty early so I may have just been one the first to get it and its on the way for everybody else. I had already deposited. The letter it came with from the admissions department said they hoped these things would make the transition into FSU Law c/o 2017 easier so I assume it's for everyone that deposited.phireblast wrote:Was that package you got the decision packet or just a package they've randomly sent after you've deposited?

There is a 100k difference in expected student loans, not so easy.Jmart082 wrote:Waitlisted here, accepted at WashU. Easy choice, lol.
Now that I have finished law school and know many others that have, I am grateful that I went to a school with in-state tuition. If I had to go back and do it all over, I would pick UF/FSU over any law school not in the top 14. Even Cornell and Georgetown prospects may not be worth it.
IMO there are 5 tiers of law schools.
1. HYS
2. CCN
3. Other T14's
4. T1's & most T2's
5. Other schools (More than half of all law schools fit into this category)
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
