So definitely be prepared to ask a lot of questions. I would recommend having at least 15 to 20 questions ready to go. Practice that skill of mentally phrasing your question while simultaneously listening to your interviewer's answer. That will come in handy!
One thing that made me pleased was when he said "your resume is above average," but I couldn't help but chuckle inside as I thought about the ongoing conversation on the Spreadsheets thread about average vs. above-average

I was also pleasantly surprised to come home and see my status had moved to "Complete". They must be using some sort of online evaluation to have it move that quickly. Or perhaps they use the date of your interview to know when to move it? I'm not sure because I did not check today prior to my interview.
But I am glad to be "complete" and will be anxiously awaiting a decision...
