For PT people, how long did it take to get a decision after the file went under review? How many days does it stay under review? What day did people get their decision on?

I know I could read through the 13 pages of this thread to get most of my answers but hoping PT admits can be cooperative. It'll probably be helpful to a whole bunch of people.

Let me start my response by saying I have a 178 and a 3.95.

I've been complete since Monday and UR since Tuesday morning (Accelerated ED). Any other Accelerated ED applicants currently "under review"?

I'm PT, but I've been UR since yesterday sometime. Frantically checking my status page with the hope that they'll want to clear off a bunch of apps before the weekend.

Got my swag package in the mail today from Duke. Not too shabby...

EDIT: For people who received acceptance mail packages, did you guys get a nice handwritten note at the end too?

Yea... but he referenced a really obscure/uninteresting part of my application that he "looked forward to learning more about", so I suspect it wasn't very well thought through.

A very nice touch, though. If nothing else, I'll feel really, really bad now if I end up attending some place besides Duke, because they've been so great in this process.

Same here. Well, not that it was uninteresting, but I got the feeling that it was just a matter of picking something out, and the prose was the same (looked forward to learning more about...) But yeah, I think it was a nice touch. My wife did an LLM at Duke, and she said everyone there is super, super nice.

My "under review" status date changed yesterday. I went complete on the 19th. Can anyone provide some anecdoctes as to how long it took them to get a decision after the date change? Does it mean anything?

I received the acceptance email on the 3rd business day after going Under Review. Granted, they probably had fewer apps to deal with then since I submitted day 1.

No movement for me either, today is day 8 since complete. They may deal with Accelerated ED differently than PT.

Looking at previous posts in this thread, it looks like around the 10th a few people had their under review dates changed, and got an acceptance on the 11th. This may bode well for those of us who had are dates changed yesterday.

Guess I never posted it. Huh. I know my date changed to thur the 14 and fri the 15 and I either got my decision on the following mon or tue. I think a few pages back people posted their descriptions too.

Sorry for the late response. I got an acceptance email tonight around 6!! It was the 9th day since I went complete.
