Hello everyone, so ahead of the 2/20 ASD does anyone have any questions? I am looking forward to meeting some of you, as I will be eating lunch with some of the admitted students (I am a 1L). Ask anything that is on your mind, and PM me if you would rather not share it publicly. Just keep in mind that I am not in anyway affiliated with anything to do with admissions, and cannot answer admission questions.

How is housing?

In with full scholly, but no living stipend. Any one had any success negotiating free housing in the dorm or a living stipend?

My status was updated to say that my decision has been rendered and sent as of 2/16... No phone and no rejection/WL email...

It's been over a month. When should I start getting concerned about not having heard back from 'Dozo yet? I am from FL and would have to make travel arrangements to visit the school, should I get in touch with them this week if I still haven't heard back yet?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Same here, after going to the ASD I saw a LOT of religious Jews (wearing the beanie), and the school seemed to be pushing the Jewish angle. Hope my money goes to someone else.

What did everyone think of the Admitted Students Day? I liked the professor who taught the class.

My favorite part was the guy who asked "how hard is the first year actually?"
That and the cold salmon.

Has anyone considered this? I have not put much thought into it myself, I think it might be something to think about. Can anyone offer any insight into how non-jews are treated at 'dozo?
