No. IIRC USC goes into Feb and March with its RD admits. It's really odd.

It means your application didn't get tossed in the auto-reject pile. From what I can tell, a second read and then a final review is par for the course with USC admissions.

Agreed. I feel like I have to go under first review before they give me the ding, so I'm just operating under the assumption that they lost our applications in a huge stack for the time being.

No update today either. I just find it strange that the only school to give me a merit based fee waiver, out of all the schools I applied to, and the first one to become "complete" is still not showing any progress. *sigh*. Come on Trojans! Show me some love!

I mean I'm basically in the same boat as you. It's annoying to be sure.

No there is an application on their website for the merit scholarships once you're admitted
