Received the call from Dean Canada while at the gym-- felt kinda weird talking to him with all the house music thumping. Conversation was real nice but I'm kinda upset they don't give out travel stipends, I would've loved to take a trip out there. Anybody care to tell me when I will find out about scholarship money??

Just got the call from mr. Canada. Its pretty damn awesome for him to actually talk to me and tell me why I will succeed and quote from my personal statement. That right there is pretty darn classy. He is such a nice dude. I almost accidentally called him bro...

Now I have a tough decision between w&m, and Hastings...and if I get Davis...gonna be tough.

But so excited!

Congrats! Did you apply LEOP by any chance? (I didn't, but my best friend did and wants to know if they've made any of those decisions yet.)

I applied LEOP and recieved an acceptance earlier this week via mail... no phone call for me

I am almost positive that if you apply LEOP they only consider you for LEOP.

When I visited they said that if you apply for LEOP you are only considered for LEOP. (My friend wasn't sure if she was LEOP-ey enough so she had trouble deciding which she was going to apply for, as you can't get in regular if you apply LEOP.)

Oh well then that's great to hear! I love the idea of having additional resources and help, just in case. Law school ain't easy. Stoked!

Ugh!! I am SO tired of waiting! I got waitlisted today at ucd.. This is not a good sign for how things will turn out at Hastings. I'm getting so negative with all this waiting. What are you guys doing to keep your spirits up?
