I think Texas has ruined me for other admissions offices with their 18 days between me submitting and getting a decision.

Same for me, but UCLA. And they didn't even have a status checker, bless their hearts.Bildungsroman wrote:I think Texas has ruined me for other admissions offices with their 18 days between me submitting and getting a decision.

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
I tried to sign in to the status checker and the password I thought I had registered didn't work, so when I answered the security question, I got this message: "There was a problem emailing your password please contact the Law School's Admissions Office." Is this a big deal? I don't really want to contact them because I don't want to annoy them unless there's actually a problem with my file. Thoughts? Anybody else get this message?

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
If it says "please contact the Law School's Admissions Office," you should probably do just that. As long as you have a legitimate question and conduct yourself in a professional manner, calling the office will not be seen as an annoyance.Keats wrote:I tried to sign in to the status checker and the password I thought I had registered didn't work, so when I answered the security question, I got this message: "There was a problem emailing your password please contact the Law School's Admissions Office." Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
Today I got a big package in the mail, and I was very excited for about 30 seconds until I realized it was just a viewbook and encouragement to apply....
I applied on the 9th, Cornell. Seriously, why you gotta be like that?
Nice viewbook though

I got an email today saying my app is complete with a status checker- but no password? All my others sent a weird password that I was prompted to change.
Anyone know what the deal is?

I may or may not put the headings for my class notes in that font ever since I discovered it.

My EA Complete email said "You will receive a non-binding decision of either admit, reserve, or deny on your early action application by mid to late December."

Re: Cornell 2011 applicants
Am I the last EA applicant to not finish processing? I don't want to call the admissions office but I'm getting nervous. I submitted my app on the 30th and it was received on the 1st.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
