Complete as of 11/03. Listen to this, my status checker hasn't changed to under review so I called them and apparently some reviewers don't use the new status checker. As such I won't receive updates there and I've been under review since 11/16. Weird?

Wow, thanks for sharing. I went complete on 11/03 also, went UR on 11/18 and haven't had any changes since (unlike quite a few people who got an 11/24 update)--wonder if that explains why. Interesting.

I realize a bunch of people still haven't heard from 12/1, but I just went DR today, so maybe there's another wave coming?

What are the stats of other people who went DR today?
171/3.96 here. Hoping others have comparatively high stats as well?

I'm pretty sure i'm going to apply for the PT program. Would it be worth it to write a short "WHY GULC" and talk about how I really want to be part of the PT program and not just using it as a backdoor in the FT program?

your numbers aren't too far off their PT medians from last year...
so in that case writing a well thought out supplemental essay certainly can't hurt IMO

I just called the admissions office at GT and they said that they have sent out everything for the 12/1 DRs.

for EDers, are we guaranteed to RECEIVE a decision by the 15th or do they just guarantee that THEY decide by the 15th? (and we could potentially not know until the 21st or so)

So in the same day they said they have not sent out anything, and that they have sent out everything. Yet no one has gotten a rejection/WL email. Could that mean that it is actual snail mail (which means acceptances?) Or are they just feeding us more BS

Did they specify snail mail AND email? Because that wouldn't seem right, considering that no one in the 12/1 batch (on this thread) has received anything.

Oh God, I REALLY hope Robin's call was to a reputable individual at GTown who REALLY knows what was going on, while the other guy's was a pot-smoking, drunken individual who didn't understand the question and was trying to be mysterious by saying that nothing has been sent out yet. Thanks, Robin, for calling, I was just going to look up the number and call myself. here's to hoping for snail mail coming in this evening!!

I dunno, I just hope that the person I talked to had no clue and they actually did send things out. In which case, my mood might be a little better since I didn't receive an e-mail, but may still happen, don't wanna jinx it

let's hope they adequately apologize for the distress they caused us (i.e. admit us)

Well I guess my suspicion is that this is BS/semantics - that could mean that they sent out all of the snail mail, but not the emails. I don't know, this is driving me a bit crazy.

first time i checked the application status, it was DR already. can you tell if you were "under review" before that? would it still say when it went under review?

mine only has completion date and DR date (12/1)

Didn't they specifically say that rejections/WL's are all email? You think they would change it up mid-process?
