And back to reality...that's a really good question, and I'm leaning towards pulling the trigger. I know which WL's I'm going to Withdraw from now, but there's only two schools I'd sacrifice a deposit for, one of them is a major reach. I'll take PM suggestions/advice.

Why is it assumed that DF 4/6 means an auto Ding?

it isnt. my lsat is kinda low but i had a great application with very unique diversity (although I am white). was waitlisted at UCLA with the same application so im just holding out hope

Looks like a big group of 4/6 DFs have 164 LSATs. RMW, did you write a diversity statement?

I'm assuming most will be dings, maybe except for one or two. I know schools sometimes hold low numbers until the end so they have a better idea of what their medians will be so they know whether or not they can "afford" to admit an interesting low number applicant or two.

I was WL'd at UCLA (and pretty much everywhere else I applied) so don't lose hope!

I moved to 3/30 IR from a 3/2 first IR date. I think I'm the only one though, and I don't know what it means.

both myself and adevot had 164 with good GPA and strong diversity... hopefully that is a good things rather than a bad thing because 3 people is now a definite trend

not sure about WL, but most decisions are by snail mail. There were a few people who received an e-mail hinting at their acceptance, but those are rare.

waitlist would show in your status check. decision final means you have to wait for you letter via snail mail (no email given). what were your numbers if you dont mind my asking? DF 4/6?

Interesting, I went DF 4/6, have a 164 and a very unique personal statement

btw, unique means i wrote it in crayon
