Being a bit dramatic don't you think? True you may well get waitlisted, but its not a certainty with a 177.

Are all acceptances via phone call? And all waitlists/rejections via email?

Does anyone think they are going to accept anyone else? No one on this thread has gotten accepted on either of the last 2 Fridays, which seems to be when they make their admit calls...

Nope, I am just wondering if it is a waitlist or a rejection so I can complete my LSN profile.

Does anyone perchance know what the AdComs think about unsolicited LOCIs before a decision is rendered? Good idea? Bad idea?

We can only speculate. One every 3 months isn't a bad move, but more than that might be.

If any TLSers heading to Penn are looking for a roomate, shoot me a PM (I posted in the Penn FB group but haven't had success so far).

Has anyone still waiting to hear back tried calling? I have a few 4/30 deadlines, so I'm hoping this might speed them up.

Ditto lawschoollll. I called last week and they told me all decisions will be made by May 1 - which is a Saturday? So I'm assuming that this Friday is the day people....cross your fingers! I'm still holding some hope for an admit...sigh

I'll probably call tomorrow and ask if they can give a decision by Thursday due to Friday deadlines. I'll let you know how it goes.
